Invitation for Bids (IFB) for
Construction of a Water-Efficient System in a Fish Farm, as part of the Aquaculture Technology Transfer Project
ASPIRED is soliciting Bids for establishment of an experimental fish farm on the basis of five concrete ponds in the second unit of the fishery owned by “Armavir Farmer” LLC, located near Metsamor town. ATTENTION: Bids must be received no later than 17:00, Yerevan Time, on March 21, 2018. Bidders must submit one hard copy in Armenian of their Bid to USAID ASPIRED Project office at CITADEL Business Center, 105/1, Teryan Street, Suite 204, Yerevan.
Extension of the Deadline of the Invitation for Bids on the Supply and Installation of Flow Meters and Data Loggers in the Ararat Valley
This is to inform that submission deadline for submission of the bids in IFB # 010218-01: Supply and Installation of Flow Meters and Data Loggers in the Ararat Valley is extended to no later than 14:00, Eastern Daylight Time, on Monday, February 26, 2018. All other conditions of the IFB remain unchanged.
Announcement on Additional Visits to Fisheries
The additional visit to the fisheries listed in the Invitation for Bids # 020218-01 Supply and Installation of Flow Meters and Data Loggers in the Ararat Valley will be organized on February 22, 10:00 am, from the ASPIRED office at Citadel Business Center, 105/1 Teryan Street.
The visits to the fisheries will be arranged by the vehicle provided by the ASPIRED office, accompanied by the representatives of the project.

ME&A received questions from potential participants of the tender on supply and installation of flow-meters and data-loggers in the fisheries of Ararat Valley both electronically and during the pre-bid meeting. ME&A is cooperating with the Ministry of Nature Protection to fix the schedule of the visits to the fisheries of Ararat Valley.
ME&A will additionally notify in the event of any changes made in the technical specifications.
Visits to Fisheries of Ararat Valley under the IFB Supply and Installation of Flow Meters and Data Loggers in the Ararat Valley
The visits to the fisheries listed in the Invitation for Bids (IFB) For Supply and Installation of Flow Meters and Data Loggers in the Ararat Valley, IFB # 020218-01 announced on February 3 2018, will be arranged by the ME&A at 10:00 am on February 13 from the M&E Armenia’s ASPIRED Project office at Citadel Business Center, 105/1 Teryan Street.
The visits to the fisheries will be made by the vehicle (Mercedes Benz Sprinter) provided by the ASPIRED project in the company of the ASPIRED office representative.

IFB # 020218-01
The ASPIRED Project that is funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) solicits bids from the interested national and international companies for supply and installation of flow meters and data loggers in the selected fish farms in the Ararat Valley of Armenia. The objective of this task is to support the Government of the Republic of Armenia in controlling the actual volumes of groundwater abstraction in the Ararat Valley, as a part of compliance and enforcement of water use permits. The ASPIRED Project is implemented by Mendez England and Associates (ME&A).
